Spring has sprung, and so has the perfect al fresco dining experience! ๐ธ Join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars on Thursday, April 22nd, 2026, at 6:00 PM for our exclusive April Wine Dinner. ๐ทโจ We are thrilled to present "An Al Fresco Community Three Course Dinner with Wine Pairings," a curated culinary journey designed to celebrate the season and delight your palate. Gather around our community table for a night of exquisite food, carefully selected wines, and great conversation. Here is a taste of what our chef has prepared for this special evening: โจ To Start: Chef's Amuse Bouche with choice of Sparkling Wine ๐ฟ First Course: Heirloom Tomato Frico Cups: Bright, fresh heirloom tomatoes and feta salad,nestled in crispy Parmesan frico cups. perfectly paired with our elegant Viognier. ๐ฒ Second Course: Spring Lamb Stew Vol au Vent: A savory, comforting stew of tender lamb and spring vegetables served in a flaky puff pastry shell. Beautifully accompanied by our Refosco. ๐ Dessert: Lemon Panna Cotta: A light, creamy, and wonderfully zesty end to your meal, served with a effervescent glass of Organ Mountain Bubbles. Refunds available if canceled within 48 hiours of event. Otherwise, a credit will be applied for use on a future event. Please note, all guest will be seated at one long table.
