Tasting Notes: bright, brisk, refreshing Description: An orange pekoe black tea that has the classic Kenyan profile of brisk flavor with delicate astringency. A light to medium-bodied black tea with a balance of briskness and astringency in each sip. An amber coppery colored black tea with subtle notes of soft earth and citrus notes. A versatile tea that's enjoyable both iced and hot. Kenyan Kosabei is a TGFOP grade black tea produced in the Kenya highlands at the Kosabei Estate that is located at an elevation of approximately 5,000 feet. The Kosabei Estate is regarded as one of the finest tea estates in Kenya. Iced Tea: This is the tea that we recommend for people who want a brisk, crisp, and classic black iced tea. A light to medium body tea that makes a refreshing black iced tea. Excellent as a cold brew iced tea or brewed hot and then chilled. Hot Tea: We recommend this tea for people who enjoy breakfast teas on the lighter side. If you enjoy a light-body English Breakfast or our Ceylon Kenilworth, we suggest trying this orange pekoe tea, too. Ingredients: black tea from the Kosabei Estate in Kenya in TGFOP grade (tippy golden flowery orange pekoe) Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
