Begonia Lamoon

A beautiful hybrid of Begonia Aconitifolia x u62 developed by Nathaniel Greenleaf in Thailand. They have the same parentage as the Begonia "Pink Minx" but the "Lamoon" have a much more deeply serrated leaf shape and distinctive silvery coloring. Leaves will display more pronounced pink when sun-stressed or in cooler temperatures. Note: This is not variegation, but anthocyanins - Chemicals in the leaves that helps protect the plant.
