This modern reimagining of the classic Ferrero Rocher combined salted caramel, passionfruit and dark chocolate creating a bold balance of rich, fruity and nutty flavours wrapped in a refined chocolate hazelnut shell. Throughout the workshop, students will learn how to prepare dessert components from scratch, including a Tia Maria chocolate mousse, smooth salted caramel cremeux and vibrant passionfruit liquid centre. Participants will also learn how to prepare and assemble a crisp dark chocolate hazelnut coating to encase the dessert, achieving the signature Ferrero Rocher inspired finish. This Workshop is designed to teach a range of modern patisserie techniques in a relaxed and beginner friendly environment. Participants will be guided step by step through each stage of the process, gaining practical skills and professional tips that can be easily recreated at home. By the end of the class, participants will have their own beautifully finished passionfruit Ferrero Rocher desserts packaged and ready to take home and enjoy with family and friends. Attire Guidelines: To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, we kindly ask participants to adhere to specific attire guidelines. Closed. toes shoes and full covered clothing is required to ensure comfort and safety throughout the class. Aprons will be provided for all partcipants to protect their clothing, and we encourage attendees to tie back their hair to maintain a sanitary workplace. Additional information: Participants will receive detailed recipes with step by step guidances to continue practicing their dessert making environment suitable for all skill levels. A waiver form will be given at the start of the workshop that will require to be read and signed before commencing the class. Location: Located in the store, "Jess Lemon", at 10 Market St, Nunawading, 3131, Vic. Age Restrictions: Participants must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of participants aged 10+ may attend with the supervision of a guardian who also required a ticket entry for the class. Alternatively, there is a waiting area available for guardians who do not wish to participate in the workshop. Cancellations/ Rescheduling All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7days) before the workshop date, a $150 fee will be incurred. No Shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
