My BBQ Cooking School This hands-on cooking school is taught by me, Myron Mixon. We’ll cover: Whole hog Pork ribs Beef ribs Beef tri-tip Pork loin Chicken Turkey Pork butts Beef brisket This school is for the novice, the enthusiast, the trained chef, and the BBQ competitor. The recipes are the same — the difference is who you’ll be feeding. Whether you’re serving BBQ judges, customers, or friends and family, you’ll make better BBQ at my class.
