In this training course you will see a live demo of a floor installation at a large scale, get hands on application on sample boards and false floor panels in the warehouse to learn the process of installing on a floor From start to finish. We will teach the process of Preparation | Sanding | Application | Sealing | The problems that can arise if not done properly, how to prevent them while also dealing with site challenges. Students will complete 2x 2'x4' boards. You will also see an in person live floor install and mock ups on 4’x 8’ floor panels of each stage Products being taught- PoolCem Decopast Extra Fino 1C pro breathable sealer 2k waterbased polyurethan sealer Hidrolaca P541 primer Will show you the tricks to sanding, priming and sealing and how to properly tint and mix your batches for consistency from small to large. As well as the wet on wet fast wall technique. Floors are a beast in their own and need to be done in a vert strategic manor for creating success.
