Yacuri Typica
The Yacuri community farms, located near the Amazon, produce coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, almonds, raisins, and tropical fruit. Its balanced acidity and silky body lend inviting complexity. Typica Mejorado, grown in Ecuador's Andean highlands, is the country's signature coffee. It blends Typica and Ethiopian genetics, resulting in a clean, sweet coffee with floral and fruity complexity.
