Strata Wall Art

Three bands cross the canvas on a diagonal, each one carrying a different weight. Amber plaster anchors both ends, warm and grainy. Between them, an ivory ridge rises in layered relief, edged on both sides by a narrow channel of dark charcoal that deepens the contrast and draws the eye across the surface. It reads like a cross-section of earth, or a coastline seen from altitude. Either way, it belongs somewhere considered.
