In this 3.5 hour Swiss meringue buttercream masterclass, you'll learn to: Make silky Swiss meringue buttercream from scratch Stack and fill a three layer cake Achieve clean, sharp edges every time Pipe in multiple styles to finish your cake in our signature Lambeth style Class size is capped at 8 people, so you'll get plenty of one-on-one time with Emma and the team.
