Evening Sound Bath Experiences at Castlewood Join Tessa Ann of The Sound Healing Spa for a series of intimate live sound bath experiences in the unique lakeside teepee setting at Castlewood Holiday Park beside Lough Neagh. Using singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion, these relaxed 50-minute evening sessions offer a calm opportunity to slow down, unwind and enjoy a restorative sound experience in a beautiful natural setting. Book a single session or make an evening of it by staying on for a second session. Please note: The nearby play park will also be closed during session times to help create a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere for guests. With minimal spoken guidance, the sessions remain open and relaxed, allowing each person to engage in their own way. Participants are welcome to lie down or remain seated throughout. These sessions are designed as a gentle opportunity to pause, rest and unwind within a relaxed and atmospheric setting. The Setting The experience takes place within the tipi at Castlewood Holiday Park beside Lough Neagh. Tea and coffee will be available within the Tree Tops reception area beside the teepee before and after your session. Toilets are located approximately one minute from the tipi within the reception area. Guests are also welcome to spend time in the Secret Cove beside the lough before or after their session, where sun loungers will be available for relaxation. To support the atmosphere of the experience, the nearby play park will be closed during session times. Accessibility & Comfort The Secret Cove is approximately a five-minute walk from the teepee and reception area. The route is accessible, although please note that the pathway is not fully paved. Maps and signage will be available on site to support easy navigation. If you have any health conditions, mobility considerations or accessibility requirements, please get in touch in advance so appropriate support can be considered. For comfort, you may wish to bring: A yoga mat or additional padding A pillow for support A blanket or warm layers A bottle of water Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the setting. This experience may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy. Sound levels may vary due to the live nature of the experience. If you are sensitive to sound, earplugs may be helpful.
