You are supported to: • Learn how to listen to your body and inner guidance • Regulate your nervous system through nourishment and rhythm • Build daily practices that feel sustainable and real • Work with plant and mushroom allies in an intuitive, embodied way • Make aligned decisions from a place of clarity rather than urgency There is no pressure to perform, share, or become anything. Only to arrive. A Year, Not a Quick Fix Earth Wisdom unfolds over time. As the seasons change, so do you. This mentorship honours: • Seasonal rhythms • Natural cycles of energy and rest • Emotional processing that can’t be rushed • Deep integration rather than surface insight The changes are subtle at first — then undeniable.
