Costa Rica
This coffee has notes of bright acidity, medium body, brown spice, brown sugar, and stone fruit. It is conventionally grown, graded SHB and EP, from the Perez Zeledon region in Southern Costa Rica at 1,400-1,900 M altitude. The coffee was washed and sun-dried, using Catuai and Caturra varieties. It was roasted by Temecula Coffee Roasters.
