Alubia Pinta Alavesa
This Alubia Pinta Alavesa bean is rounder and smaller than Tolosana Palmeña, with a smooth, soft skin and a creamy texture. It is cultivated in León and Álava but consumed mainly in Cantabria, Vizcaya, and Guipúzcoa. It is rich in iron, fiber, and essential nutrients, and retains its shape well during cooking.
