Outlander 850 & 1000R G3 Adustable Clutch Weights

The Precision EFI Outlander 850 and 1000R G3 adjustable clutch weights are designed to improve clutch performance and efficiency. Thanks to their optimized profile, the PEFI ramps deliver better acceleration and mid-range performance by increasing engine RPM at all speeds. Look at the dyno results sheet how these ramps place the engine precisely in its optimal RPM range—nearly 1000 RPM higher at 30 km/h. Of course, like all adjustable ramps, they allow you to add or remove weight to fine-tune the maximum RPM during full acceleration. Get the best of both worlds with an innovative profile. You've probably noticed the two-stage profile, which delivers the performance mentioned above while also providing a more normal RPM range when cruising on long rides. Note: The PEFI adjustable ramp kit is not designed for an Outlander with its original ECU programming. Ramp adjustment starting point For a stock spring and helix combination in good condition, to achieve the target RPM. Please note; a modified spring and helix combination or tire size affects the final resultTherefore, we cannot provide settings for every application. The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid slippage. While accelerating, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce the weight. Note that surface conditions vary and affect RPM. The 6-wheel model will not be too far from these settings because even though it is heavier it has a different gearbox ratio. - 76g PEFI adjustable ramps - Target RPM: 7800 - add 2.8 g on each ramp (use purple or blue Loctite). - A screw head flush with the top of the hole (at the heel) is the most common setting.
