Midtown M&W Twill Scarf

A handwoven scarf in a classic charcoal and cream palette, woven on my 4-shaft loom in a traditional M&W twill. The structure creates a subtle pattern across the surface, more visible on the charcoal edge and more subtle on the cream. It creates interest and depth without heaviness. The cotton warp provides strength and definition, while the silk weft adds a soft sheen and fluid drape, allowing the cloth to move easily while still holding its crisp twill character. The contrast between matte and luster gives the surface a quiet dimensionality that reveals itself gradually. Finished with hand-knotted fringe, this piece balances structure and softness - an understated, modern interpretation of a timeless weave. 10" x 59.25" with a 2" knotted fringe. Hand wash or machine wash gentle, lay flat to dry.
