By utilizing a true multi-butting process, SPP is able to precisely control wall thickness across the entire bar—removing material from low-stress zones while reinforcing high-load areas. This results in a significant 25–30% weight reduction compared to traditional double or triple-butted handlebars, without sacrificing stiffness or strength. The Supersized™ 31.8mm clamp interface increases contact area at the stem, reducing torsional flex and improving steering precision under sprint load. Combined with optimized tube shaping and heat-treated chromoly, the system delivers a responsive, stable front end for race-level performance.
