Rags to Riches Sauvignon Blanc 2025

COLOUR Pale green. AROMATICS Bright aromas of passionfruit, white nectarine, and kaffir lime leaf. PALATE Tropical fruit flavours are framed with a fresh minerality and crisp finish. FOOD PAIRING Pan-fried scallops or fresh ceviche VINTAGE NOTES The 2025 growing season marked the start of a more typical year, with moderate to warm days allowing slow, steady ripening. A warm February accelerated the pace, and several regions and varieties ripened simultaneously. Northern and southern Margaret River, along with the Great Southern, had whites ready at the same time. Our viticulture and winemaking teams ensured a smooth intake of fruit across the regions. Early March rainfall briefly slowed red fruit harvest, but by late March most reds were in the winery, with only a few Cabernet parcels left for April. Warm days, cool nights, no disease pressure and average yields produced clean, ripe fruit full of flavour and excellent acidity. This wine blends fruit from two vineyard sites: one in northern Margaret River and another in the south, just 18 km from Augusta.
