FOMO Apple Mistelle 2025

FOMO is our homage to the Pommeaus of Normandy, Brittany and Maine - a speciality of NW France. Following the French method, this drink is made from our own apple brandy, combined with a select blend of freshly pressed apple juices and aged in chestnut wood for quite some time. What emerges from cask is a seamlessly elegant, sweet drink, that is rich, fresh, and complex. More than that though, the warmth of the spirit, the sweetness of the juice, and the spicy herbal notes of the wood become something beautiful. After dinner pair it with Tarte Tartin, or fine blue cheese. Before dinner enjoy with ice and a splash of soda water. 50cl bottles, 21% ABV
