The Cake Bake Shop’s Hummingbird Cake stays true to its traditional recipe. Our Hummingbird Cake is comprised of three layers of a banana spice cake with chopped Georgia pecans and crushed pineapple. It is filled and frosted with our signature cream cheese frosting1 and topped with silk blue flowers.
