The chisel is designed for finishing narrow, non‑through grooves and other hard‑to‑reach areas. Its bent neck reduces interference from the handle and neck, making it easier to work inside recesses and helping with concave surface trimming. In addition, the blade features steeper side bevel angles than a standard chisel, so the sidewalls are less likely to rub against corners—making it well suited for dovetail groove and corner finishing. Caution: No hoop (ferrule) is fitted to this product. Do not use a hammer or mallet. Striking may cause the handle to crack or split.
