Artichoke Bottoms
Our Artichoke Bottoms are perfectly tender and earthy. We like to stuff them with breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs and cheese and then bake until golden for a delicious starter. You can also puree them with black olives, chilli or garlic to make the perfect dip or accompaniment.
