LE GIN DE CHRISTIAN DROUIN

From Calvados producer Christian Drouin, Le Gin taps into the expertise of a family of craft distillers to create a gin for connoisseurs while incorporating 30 apple varieties. In addition 8 botanicals were chosen from the aroma universe of Calvados, all of which would best balance, complete and enhance the juniper and cider apple. Rose and lemon provide delicacy. Ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almond give the gin a smooth, spicy body while cardamom enhances its fruit and roundness in the mouth.
