Synergee Weighted Vest

The Synergee Adjustable Weighted Vest is built to help you add resistance to virtually any workout, including walking, running, rucking, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and other strength and conditioning exercises. Constructed from ultra-durable black 1050D Nylon Cordura, this vest is designed to withstand intense training sessions while maintaining a secure and comfortable fit. Inside, the vest features a foam- and rubber-filled interior, extra shoulder and chest padding, a spacious U-shaped neckline, and ergonomic shoulder cutouts to provide unrestricted movement and long-lasting comfort. Strong D-rings and an adjustable Velcro strap keep the vest stable and snug throughout your workout. Each vest includes solid cast iron ingots that weigh 2.5 pounds each, allowing you to customize your resistance in small increments by adding or removing weights. The vest itself weighs 3 pounds when empty and contains 16 total weight pockets for balanced front-and-back weight distribution.
