Eupatorium coelestinum / Blue Mistflower

(Synonymous with Conoclinium coelestinum) This herbaceous perennial grows 1-3 feet tall and produces tiny clusters of blue-purple flowers that bloom in late summer through autumn. Blue Mist Flowers graciously provide late season color and they attract autumn butterflies to your garden. It can spread quickly and is perfect for filling border areas or for habitat restoration. Plant in part shade in medium to wet soils.
