During my research for this collaboration, I spent time speaking with the Westmore family themselves and became fascinated by the authentic shades and techniques used throughout Marilyn’s career. I wanted to reinterpret that beautiful true scarlet red in a modern formula that could be worn as anything from a soft strawberry stain to a full, true scarlet Hollywood lip.”
