The reputation says more for these than I can type.. The Flagship hookbait of Stoglemans. Rolled on the highest quality base mix containing the best fishmeals, crustacean extracts, meat derived powders, appetite stimulators, taste enhancers, milk proteins, and cereal products, coupled up with an exceptionally high liquid food package and lowered egg content. Drawing experience from my own angling and my close friends over the last 25 years (and much longer for some of the others who have given me things to mull over on those bait centred chats over a tea or a beer perched on the edge of a bed chair fishing for the finest carp we can..) I called them the Pilgrims as it rings true to the fact I have always reverted back to this bait throughout my fishing, and its taken many different forms throughout its evolution to the bait it is now. Exceptionally effective all year round, unique in appearance, unique in composition. This isn't rolled to a protein or price point, it is made with the purpose of standing out from everything else available. The base mix is mixed in house, some of the liquids are made in house with a perfected technique handed down to me by a well respected bait maker. The rest of the bits are sourced from numerous different places. The baits are then all rolled in house with that special crunchy addition and coated up and preserved in salt.
