Mini Hybrid IFAK First Aid Kit - GTW Gear

The Mini Hybrid IFAK first aid kit from the Polish brand GTW Gear is a compact version of its big brother, the renowned Hybrid IFAK GTW Gear, designed to carry our medical supplies while taking up as little space as possible on our belt or vest. Its compact format makes it an ideal option for carrying on duty on a frontline police or military belt. Its design retains GTW Gear’s characteristic two-piece construction: an outer pouch attached to the belt or PALS/MOLLE system and a removable insert accessible from both sides, allowing quick access to the medical contents with either the right or left hand. The insert is secured with Velcro to prevent it from falling out accidentally; meanwhile, the lower shockcord allows the retention pressure to be adjusted according to the contents we carry inside. Unlike other larger first aid kits, the Mini Hybrid IFAK incorporates a fold-out organizer instead of a classic zippered pocket. Inside, it features male (hook) Velcro for attaching the included organizers, as well as two removable plates made from Curv, which allow the contents to be configured according to the user's needs. The top of the pouch includes a wide elastic band for carrying a tourniquet, while the front features a Velcro panel with a cut-out cross for easy identification of the first aid kit. In addition, its 3D-designed pull tabs provide a firm grip even in the rain or when wearing thick gloves. Belt compatibility: suitable for two-piece tactical belts and classic 45-50 mm belts or belts with a MOLLE system.
