Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam

This jam hits all the notes. Charred scotch bonnets and aged jalapeños come together in a sweet, fruity and fiery chilli jam. Scotch bonnets originate from the Caribbean and are known for their intense heat and distinct tropical flavour. We've chargrilled them for this jam, adding a smoky depth. It wouldn't be a Sauce Shop chilli sauce without our signature fermented chillies. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks to develop seriously deep, complex flavours.
