A bright bouquet of acacia flowers, grapefruit and lime, with subtle notes of melon and ripe pear. A hint of wet stone and petrichor (the smell of rain) add complexity. Medium-bodied and dry, featuring a core of citrus fruits balanced by a mineral streak and a saline quality that reflects its coastal Abruzzo terroir. Round in the mouth without being overly heavy, with a clean, crisp finish. Chill lightly and serve as an aperitif or pair with grilled halibut or brunch fare. 12 bottles per case (included HST)
