Antique Victorian 18k Five Stone Inset Diamond Band Ring

Details: This absolutely beautiful and chic band from the early Victorian period is set with five sparkling cushion-cut diamonds set in diamond-shaped settings. The stones taper in size and are framed with engraved curly-cues on either side. The buttery 18k gold band is widest at the front, with the shank tapering comfortably toward the back. This ring works with modern and antique jewelry and is less common than the classic three stone or single stone diamond band rings. It stacks well with other rings but is also lovely on its own. Measurements: The ring size is 6.75. The band is 6mm at the front and tapers to 2mm at the back. 4 grams total weight. Diamonds .4 cttw Origin: - Hallmarked with an anchor for Birmingham, England and a date letter for 1848. There is an 18ct hallmark for gold content.
