Aged for a minimum of three years in French oak barrels, it develops gentle structure and soft complexity while retaining youthful vibrancy. Tasting Profile: Appearance: Light amber with golden highlights. Nose: Fresh plum and crisp apple with a bright, fruity character. Palate: Smooth and light with gentle liquorice, soft vanilla and subtle oak spice. Finish: Clean and easy-drinking with hints of caramel and toasted nuts.
