Somatic Movement with Mollie Mendoza July 9th at Botanic Garden

Thursday July 9th 9:30-10:30 am Santa Barbara Botanic Garden- Island View Lawn Join PALMA Colectiva and Mollie Mendoza for somatic movement- offering a space to listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living in your body. Through guided movement, breath and embodied awareness, participants leave feeling more integrated, and at home inside of Self. All ages welcome. PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
