Daschbosch Méthode Ancestrale (South Africa)
A new, deliciously lime-forward Pét Nat that has arrived just in time for summer. Bright flavours of ripe apple and citrus are balanced by vibrant acidity and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Expect subtle notes of flaky pastry and toasted almonds. This is definitely session fizz. The winemaker, W.S. Visagie, enjoys skydiving in his spare time. This wine's label is an ode to acts of risk-taking, relevant to the process of producing natural wine - a good result is never guaranteed! In this case, the resulting wine is more than worth Visagie's efforts. Pair this with picnic food, such as smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, or seafood dishes. Vintages may vary.
