Noro Madara

Madara is a medium to bulky weight, thick and thin yarn. Heavily twisted, it has a soft, luxurious hand thanks to the addition of silk and alpaca to a wool base. It’s a semi-solid, with nubby flecks spun into the yarn providing interesting pops of color throughout. 60% Wool 30% Silk 10% Alpaca 219 yds 100 g US 7-8 needles, crochet hook 4.5 to 5 mm Medium to bulky weight, aran or chunky #4 to #5 hand wash only.
