It’s perfect for an easy drinking cup of coffee in the morning or a light pour over to help keep you going in the afternoon. Raíces comes from three small farms in the highlands of northwest Huehuetenango, from the land of three coffee farmers: Jose Bernabé, Octavio Camposeco, and Alejandro Alinez. While their coffee has previously been sold as separate micro-lots, this year’s harvest has been combined to create a coffee with a remarkable sensory harmony. However, Raíces is more than just its beautiful taste. It’s about celebrating farmers who invest in their land, share their knowledge, and lift up their neighbors.
