4619 - 14oz "Kasezome" Indigo Sashiko Selvedge Jacket - Type II

The Studio D'Artisan 4619 Type II Jacket takes the same extraordinary 14oz Kasezome selvedge sashiko fabric from the 1907S pant and puts it into one of workwear's most iconic silhouettes. The extreme density weave, hank-dyed through to the core with a high concentration of indigo at both warp and weft, produces a surface with a rich, knurled texture that will age and fade in that distinctly layered, nuanced way that sets kasezome dyeing apart from conventional indigo. A one-wash finish removes shrinkage and softens the hand without undercutting the fabric's raw character.
