2025 Longevity Lishan Winter Oolong
2025 Fushou Lishan Tea (Winter Tea) 福壽梨山茶 "Longevity" Fushou Lishan Tea is produced in the Heping District of Taichung City, Taiwan (at altitudes of 2000-2600 meters). It belongs to the category of top-tier high mountain oolong tea and is famous for its "high-cold mineral taste." Due to the high altitude and pervasive mist, the tea leaves grow slowly and possess a unique fruit fragrance and "cold sulfur air" (cold mineral flavor). The taste is mellow and sweet, with a strong throat resonance and rich pectin content. It is a treasure of Taiwanese tea, primarily using hand-picked Qingxin Oolong as the main variety. 【Fushou Lishan Tea Characteristics and Details】 Production Area Environment: Located between the Central Mountain Range and the Xueshan Mountain Range, with Fushou Mountain Farm as the core (including surrounding areas like Huagang and Songmao). It is one of the highest altitude tea regions in Taiwan. Unique Flavor: Obvious high-cold aroma; the tea liquor is honey-green with hints of yellow. The fragrance is elegant and delicate, combining both floral and fruity notes. Superior Quality: The tea leaves are thick with high pectin content; the tea liquor is fine and smooth, and it is resistant to multiple infusions. Harvest Season: Spring tea (approximately May to June in the lunar calendar) and winter tea (approximately mid-to-late September in the lunar calendar) are of the best quality. 【Common Tea Varieties and Drinking Suggestions】 Main Variety: Qingxin Oolong. Fermentation and Roasting: Light fermentation, zero roasting (green style), preserving the most original mountain breath (Shan Tou Qi). Brewing Method: Recommended to use 100°C hot water.
