High-Power & Large-Capacity Single-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Athena Instruments introduces the Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner – ATUC Series, a robust and high-performance ultrasonic cleaning system specifically designed for efficient and uniform cleaning of industrial components, mechanical parts, electronic components, precision parts, and other contaminated workpieces. Built with 2.5T SUS304 TIG-welded construction and industrial high-Q ultrasonic transducers, these cleaners provide concentrated ultrasonic energy and durable performance for demanding industrial cleaning applications. Available in multiple capacities from 38 L to 1500 L, the ATUC Series operates at 28/40 kHz with adjustable ultrasonic power, a 1–99 minute timer, and temperature control from room temperature to 80°C. Equipped with MCU-SWEEP frequency-drive technology, frequency sweeping, recirculating filtration, adjustable power, and memory function, the system provides flexible and consistent cleaning performance according to the type and level of contamination.
