Pumpkins & Petals: A Botanical Pumpkin Workshop with Back Forty Blooms - October 8th at 7:00pm

Celebrate the beauty of autumn with an evening of pumpkins, petals, and locally grown flowers. Join The Green Goddess + Kristen of Back Forty Blooms for a cozy evening at The Green Goddess Studio, where we’ll transform mini pumpkins into one-of-a-kind pieces of botanical fall décor using an abundant assortment of locally grown and dried flowers. Kristen, flower farmer and owner of Back Forty Blooms, will bring a beautiful selection of mini pumpkins in a variety of colours, shapes, and sizes. You’ll choose the pumpkins that speak to you and then have access to an assortment of dried flowers, grasses, and botanicals grown and gathered from her flower farm. With Kristen’s guidance, you’ll create two dried floral mini pumpkins to take home. Choose your colours, textures, and botanicals and make them entirely your own — whimsical and colourful, soft and romantic, earthy and natural, or somewhere in between. No two pumpkins will be exactly alike. No floral design experience is needed. This workshop is all about slowing down, getting creative, and enjoying the beauty of the autumn season. We’ll have herbal tea brewing at the studio while you create, and you’re welcome to browse The Green Goddess shop during the evening. Your finished pumpkins make beautiful seasonal décor for a Thanksgiving table, autumn mantel, entryway, or anywhere your home could use a little touch of fall. Because of this, cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can’t attend. If The Green Goddess or Back Forty Blooms must cancel due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, full refunds or credits will be issued.
