Laurier: Bay Leaf flavoured Black Liquorice Unlike most bay leaf flavoured liquorice, this liquorice contains bay leaf essential oil rather than Bay leaf flavouring. Situated in the southwestern tip of North Brabant, Gove BV is a family business growing organic Bay trees. Klepper & Klepper have used essential oil created from the leaves of these trees to make the best quality Bay leaf flavoured liquorice we have found. Mildzout: Mildly Salty Black Liquorice Celtic sea salt is extracted from the salt marshes of the French Guérande peninsula. Many chefs favour Celtic sea salt. Furthermore, it has the lowest sodium content and mildest taste of all the salts extracted globally, making it just perfect for a mildly salty liquorice.
