Each vintage, our signature Cabernet Franc Rosé is crafted from the oldest planting of Cabernet Franc in Nova Scotia. TASTING NOTES In the glass, a luminous salmon hue shimmers with subtle darker undertones. The nose unfolds delicately, offering a refined interplay of berries, citrus zest, and the suggestion of windswept minerals. On the palate, a graceful texture is balanced by savoury undertones, offering depth without weight. Each sip evokes the warmth of sun-soaked stone and the brisk clarity of ocean air.
