NEW Merguez Lamb Sausages

Our take on the North African classic. Lamb seasoned with paprika, chilli, oregano and aromatic spices including cinnamon and clove, for a rich, warming sausage with a gentle kick. Excellent from the BBQ or served simply with flatbreads and a sharp salad. While we’re trialling the new range, these sausages are available for Thursday and Friday delivery only. Ingredients: Lamb, rusk (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin, salt, raising agent E503), cinnamon, clove, paprika, red chilli pepper, wheat flour, salt, sugar, oregano, parsley, yeast extract, stabiliser (E451), flavourings, preservative (sodium metabisulphite), rapeseed oil, antioxidant (E392).
