Nicolas Reau “Attention Cabernet Blanc”

Nicolas Reau “Attention Cabernet Blanc” is a white wine made from red Cabernet Franc grapes from Nicolas Reau in Anjou, Loire Valley. Grown on clay and limestone soils, before direct pressing (to avoid pigmentation from the grapes’ skins) and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then undergoes 6 months of aging in old oak barrels In the glass are aromas of green apples, white flowers, and citrus fruits. A fresh acidity coats the palate before a clean, mineral finish. Nicolas Reau “Attention Cabernet Blanc” is a thirst quenching, white cabernet franc that pairs well with goat’s cheese, and vegetable quiches.
