Though Thailand produces less than one percent of the world’s coffee, Srima9 shows that exceptional specialty coffee can thrive here. Grown by Joe (Winai Khonluang), Mild (Darin Srima), and their community in northern Thailand’s Srima region, these coffees express diverse elevations, varieties, and innovative processing methods, from natural and washed to honey, double anaerobic, and co-ferment. Since 2023, CPDP has supported the community in refining cultivation and processing while protecting forests and water sources. Through science-informed farming, careful lot selection, and continuous experimentation, Srima9 produces distinctive, high-quality coffees with diverse flavor profiles ready for roasters to explore and cup.
