Slow Down Sunday: A Creative Workshop Sunday, November 8, 2026, 1:00-3:00pm Ages: 18+ Fee: $50 As the pace of the holiday season begins to pick up, join us for a quieter kind of afternoon. Slow Down Sunday is a two-hour meditative workshop pairing breathwork with intuitive painting and freewriting — no experience necessary, and nothing needs to turn out “good.” We’ll ground ourselves with breath, let color move across the page in slow, concentric layers, and close with quiet reflection on paper. It’s a chance to set down what you’re carrying and step into the season a little more grounded. No experience necessary. Materials included. All levels welcome. Members receive 15% off art classes!
