Banibano 2025 - Jean Touitou

👨🏼🌾 White Wine made by Jean Touitou. With Banibano, Jean Touitou returns to his native land, Tunisia, and more precisely to Kélibia, on the Cap Bon peninsula. There, he works with winemaker Jean Boujnah on a Muscat d'Alexandrie, a historic grape variety of the region, grown without pesticides. After more than six months in the tank, the wine is bottled without filtration or added sulfur. In the glass, notes of jasmine, orange blossom, and citrus emerge, with a dry, delicate, and fresh finish.
