DREAM Spirits Willett Cabernet Sauvignon Finished 119 Proof

Willett Bourbon Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels — Dream Spirits × Southern Spirits Selection This Willett Bourbon Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels is one of the most intriguing selections from our collaboration with Dream Spirits and Southern Spirits. Willett is known for producing distinctive, character-filled Kentucky whiskey, and this selection takes things in an exciting direction with a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel finish. The combination of Kentucky bourbon and red wine barrel influence creates a beautifully layered drinking experience, bringing together classic bourbon sweetness with the rich fruit and oak characteristics associated with Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled at 119 proof, this selection brings bold whiskey character and plenty of structure, giving the Cabernet Sauvignon barrel influence a rich bourbon foundation. Expect notes of dark berries, black cherry, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and subtle wine-inspired richness, creating an interesting balance between traditional bourbon character and the influence of the finishing barrel. Offered in a unique 375 mL bottle, this is a great opportunity to explore a distinctive Willett finished bourbon without committing to a full-sized bottle.
