Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 74 HT Wire Feeder – Basic UI / Heavy Duty Reel K3883-11 The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 74 HT is a high-torque industrial semiautomatic wire feeder designed for general fabrication, structural work, heavy equipment and construction applications. Product K3883-11 combines the basic user interface with a heavy-duty wire reel stand and 10 ft. control cable. The feeder operates from 24–42 VAC, 50/60 Hz input power and uses a rugged four-roll wire drive system. Wire-drive output capacity is rated at 600 amps at 60% duty cycle. Wire feed speed ranges from 50–700 IPM. Depending on drive-roll and pinion configuration, the feeder handles solid wire from .025–3/32 in. and cored wire from .035–.120 in. Aluminum wire is supported with the appropriate smooth U-groove drive rolls. The Flex Feed 74 HT supports MIG, flux-cored and hand-held submerged arc applications. Gouging capability is available when the optional gouging kit is installed. K3883-11 includes the basic user interface, heavy-duty reel stand, lift bail, standard #4 gun adapter and 10 ft. control cable. Optional accessories include alternative gun adapters, drive rolls, wire straightener, spool covers, inverter cart mounting kit and undercarriage.
