Basalt Columns M - Resin Miniature Scatter Terrain Create rugged stone landscapes and atmospheric miniature bases with 48 detailed Basalt Columns M. Featuring larger hexagonal shapes, varied heights and weathered stone textures, these resin scenery pieces are ideal for decorating miniature bases, building ruined structures and creating natural rock formations across tabletop terrain. Measuring approximately 7mm across and 5-14mm tall, the columns can be arranged individually or in clusters to create fragmented stone formations, ancient ruins and rocky environments. Their versatile appearance makes them suitable for science-fiction battlefields, fantasy landscapes, D&D encounters and other tabletop modelling projects. Designed to complement Basalt Columns S and Basalt Tiles S. Multiple bundle options for larger scenery projects. High-detail, durable ABS-like resin. Supplied cleaned, fully cured and unpainted. No additional assembly required. Preparation & Painting The columns are supplied attached to double-sided resin frames for protection during storage and transit. Carefully remove the components using sharp hobby clippers and trim any remaining attachment points. Attach the columns to miniature bases, scenery or models using super glue. The resin is cleaned and fully cured before packaging, so no additional cleaning is required. For best results, apply a suitable miniature primer before painting. Stone greys, earthy browns, dark washes and drybrushed highlights can bring out the weathered rock textures. Moss, vegetation and additional weathering effects can help create the appearance of ancient ruins and natural landscapes. Creating Basalt Scenery Combine Basalt Columns M with the smaller Basalt Columns S to create varied rocky formations and ruined stone structures. Basalt Tiles S can also be incorporated to create fragmented stone surfaces, scattered debris and more elaborate scenic bases. The complementary hexagonal shapes make these three products particularly effective when arranged together. Bundle options are available for larger projects, with each bundle containing one complete pack of every named product.
