Our Raw A2 Havarti is aged for 60 days, developing a smooth, creamy texture, mild buttery flavor, and a gentle tang. It is an easy everyday cheese for both snacking and cooking. Made from raw A2A2 milk from 100% grass-fed cows raised on small regenerative farms, this cheese is crafted using traditional animal rennet and cultured with care. Our cows are never fed grain and are rotationally grazed on diverse pastures, eating a natural, grass-based diet. The semi-soft texture makes this Havarti especially pleasant in sandwiches or gently warmed over vegetables and eggs. Naturally rich in protein and calcium, this cheese suits both snacking and cooking. Serve with pears and sourdough crackers, layer onto sandwiches, or add to a simple grilled cheese.
